Nalury is a branding project that I have done for a brand that sells clothing for windsurfers. They are a small brand that focuses on hand made shirts and hoodies for passionate windsurfers who are looking for clothes that represent their love for the sport.
For this project is was my job to develop the brand, create the designs, and develop the website where they will be selling the shirts. Next to that, I will be helping them with their social media channels.
For this project I mostly used Illustrator but next to that, I used a lot of blank paper and a pen to brainstorm the logo. The website has been designed in Figma and built with Elementor in WordPress.
During the project, it was quite a challenge to create something that is unique to the windsurfing community as a lot of items in the windsurf industry align with the items in the wave surfing community and as the brand has to be exclusively for windsurfers this was quite a challenge. Windsurfers have to ware quite a lot of wave surfing clothes as their own sport is not much represented in the clothing industry. That’s why it was important to keep it exclusively to windsurfers.
To make the brand for windsurfers we used illustrations using the gear that is specifically used during windsurfing.
After working on this project Nalury became a brand for windsurfers and makes hand-pressed clothing that gives windsurfers a brand where they are the most important sport.
During this project, I learned about the windsurfing world and what the community likes. I have improved my illustrator and procreate skills.
