For this project, I had to create a design that was going to be printed on clothes for the brand Nalury.
Nalury is a company that makes clothes for windsurfers. They hand print all the clothing items and send them out to their customers.
It was my task to create a design that aligned with their desired style and with the style of their customers. The idea was to make a design that spoke to windsurfers. So what is the most important element of windsurfing that divides them from the other board sports? The wind. We decided to create a design around the phrase “Always looking for wind”.
I started the design by sketching out a sail as this is the element that catches the wind during the sport and building the text around it. The font is written by me, to give it a more personal feeling.
I have used Procreate and Illustrator to create these images. For the presentation of the design, I created some mockups.
During this project, I improved my Illustration and typography skills. And I have improved my photography skills
It turned out to be the most sold design before the brand went on a break.
